All our dance participants are so important to us, if you are unwell please rejoin us when your feeling better and ready to dance
All our classes are non-contact, no partner needed and operate in accordance with the latest COVID Safety guidelines. YSBD is a registered COVID Safe Business.
WEEKLY Nightime 90min Mega-Class:

Price: $20 adults/$17 students - No Memberships - Pay-As-You-Go, Card/cash accepted. No need to book. Ample free street parking.
A dance fitness ZUMBA+DISCOMIX class a 1st on Northern Beaches. Join our us for an energetic fitness class starting with funky Disco boogie transitioning to endorphin lifing Zumba and all to music you'll love. This is a 90min dance fitness experience, so get your workout gear, grab your water bottle and meet us on the dancefloor!
