NEWS FLASH  :  We are so excited to share YouShouldBeDancing were requested by the Cancer Council to come onboard as dance instructors for the 2024 STARS of the Beaches Gala Event held xxx 2024.  This was an amazing experience for both Sally & Katrina who were paired with local business owners nominated by members of the local community to learn how to dance all whilst raising money for the Cancer Council xxx.  

There were many weeks of performance training held with our pupils.  Sally with the only couple in the event Trudi & Ro to learn Latino, Katrina with her pupil Ross (also known as Scottish Elvis) to learn Disco.  Ross is an Elvis impersonator and has performed at the famous Parkes Elvis Festival over the years and is appearing again in 2025 - he's amazing!  .... so Elvis does Disco!!

We are so very proud of our dancers and not only did all those that particpated in this annual event raise $130,000 for the ongoing support of those with a cancer diagnosis, their families and to have a cancer free future.  But our dancers WON 1st place in a draw outcome, a first for the Cancer Council STARS of the Beaches!

This Series is a must watch and available on catchup ABC TV, iview & Apple!   After years of dancing with wonderful seniors, it is heartwarming to see the joy of being on this series.  We love dancing with our RSL seniors twice a week & awesome kindy kids, including those at Little Diggers who are onsite at RSL Lifecare Village.   Click movie icon to view!
